Appointments
New client appointments are scheduled to last one hour. Returning client appointments are scheduled to last 30 minutes. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to “work-in” your appointment with the day’s schedule.
Cancellations
To avoid an appointment cancellation fee, please call us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. The cancellation fee is equal to the office visit charge.
Separate Pet’s Appointments
Each pet coming in to our clinic must have its own scheduled appointment if it is to be seen by a doctor. Please be sure to schedule a separate appointment for each of your pets that will be seeing a doctor.
When Doctor’s Are Out of the Office
Our staff makes every effort to answer your questions and help you to resolve issues with your pet. However, please be aware that when a doctor is not scheduled to work, that doctor will not be called and will not be able to check voicemail. It may occasionally be necessary to have a veterinarian different than you’ve previously seen answer your questions or examine your pet.
Leashing
All pets coming in to our clinic need to be restrained. Pets may be on a limited leash, in a carrier, or in secured arms. Under no circumstances will pets be allowed to be free roaming in the clinic. Please keep your pets restrained.
Bringing Children with You for your Pet’s Visit
Whether you are in an exam room or in the lobby, any children you bring with you must remain with you at all times. We are not able to chaperon your children during your appointment. Additionally, some pets that come into the clinic are not friendly to children, and we don’t want anyone to be injured.
